Become the hero
The protagonist of Dragon Age: The Veilguard is called Rook, but everything else about the hero is in your hands. Customize their appearance, gender, class, faction, and other traits to craft a truly unique character. Along the adventure, encounter vibrant NPCs willing to accompany you as you confront ancient elven deities. As seen in past Dragon Age installments, you may even engage in romantic pursuits with members of your party.
Fight and explore
Embark on an epic journey with Dragon Age: The Veilguard through diverse regions of Thedas like the Deep Roads, Rivain, Arlathan, Minrathous, and Weisshaupt. Besides exploration, you must be prepared for many fights. In The Veilguard, you may use a new ability wheel, allowing you to pause amidst combat. It gives you a chance to select skills, direct your companions, and prepare deadly combos that will devastate your enemies.

BioWare and Electronic Arts unveiled the title change for the fourth installment of the Dragon Age series, previously known as Dreadwolf, in June 2024. Dragon Age: The Veilguard is slated for release in 2024, with the exact launch date yet to be announced. You can embark on this adventure on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S|X, and PC.
